Their properties are new builds, or recently built and turn-key ready. their homes feature the latest home automation, industry standard air, light and water filtration systems, and open spaces. Their buyers are typically younger generation and millennials.

The main goal for this brand was to create a conceptual eco-friendly real estate company that specializes in turn-key ready residences with amenities that are unique and specific.
These include specialized air and water filtration systems, private saunas, pet care facilities, and open plan livings spaces for families who are on-the-go and need more living areas.

The feeling of lightness and ease as one walks into a home, that feeling of relief and rest we get when we are back in our space. Also the emotions we get when we finally move into the home we've always dreamed about. This is the vibe of this brand.
We wanted the branding to include the four elements of air, water, fire and land which is indicated by the four stripes within the 'O'. The light blue indicates the fresh and light feeling we get from walking into one of our homes.
We created a beautiful stationery set, complete with white papers, and reports when needed.
