Ward House One
Branded residence new build
Ward House One is a brand for a legacy building project created by Mike of ABContractors. This is going to be a new, single-family build near the California coast – designed perfectly for hot, dry climates, and tucked into the side of a hill to capture the afternoon ocean breezes.
The style will be a contemporary California Modern home with European aesthetics and ambiance for the interiors. Diffused lighting, featured throughout the home, will be a focal point ensuring that the modern build has a warm and homey atmosphere.

What we did
Brand Objectives
Crafting a beautiful build out of the hills of California, we wanted to create a residential branding identity to reflect this amazing project.
This project started with pulling shades of beige, pops of brown and a sea foam green to create a whole aesthetic. The main focus of the build is to create a diffused light environment which creates a breezy yet homey atmosphere.
We also wanted to build a logo suite that would accommodate future building projects. This project met those main objectives.

Working with the owners, we developed a color palette that would reflect the light and airy style of the new building once it was completed.
We wanted to develop a logo suite that would accommodate expansion. We created a logo suite that would do that in a beautiful and consistent way.
Since we developed this brand for a place that hadn't been created yet, we wanted to develop a collection of conceptual images to reflect the possibilities of this project.
