2. VIP Design day
1. PREP Week
At the end of the day, you'll have all links, assets, and documents. If needed, you'll receive additional information and a training video so you'll know how to use your assets.
Your VIP Design Day will be 8 hours of studio time from 9 to 5. We'll start off with a 15 minute check in call at 9:00. Then at 3:00 we'll hop on a call to go over any revisions needed. Then, we'll finish up with creating any additional designs as time permits.
Once the project is confirmed in our schedule, we'll send over a project questionnaire, schedule a strategy meeting to be held the week before your VIP Design Day, and then send you the art direction for your approval.
This service is for founders who want quality custom design, sets of custom-made templates for use in social media, or ad campaign designs without the long timeframes.

- Once you've book a spot in our calendar by paying the 50% retainer fee, we'll be in touch to arrange the date and schedule a kick-off call to get clear on deliverables.
- We'll send you a welcome email with all the details about the VIP Design Day.
- A week before your day, you'll submit a questionnaire with your list of design tasks along with any copy, graphics, images or additional info. This gives me time to look over everything, create a plan and get back to you with any follow up questions if needed. Booking is at least 10 days in advance.
Please be aware that there are no guaranteed deliverables as this is a time-based package.
- Be available on the day of the VIP Design Day for a 15-minute kick off call to touch base before we start. And be available for a review call at 3:00 pm to go over any needed revisions.
