PRE-WORK & PREP
We’ll get on a call to go over all the details of your project, the strategy behind the design, what your priorities are, and create a customized plan for your design week. We’ll set priorities and what you need in deliverables.

YOUR PROJECT- 4 DAYS
We’ll communicate daily and revise as needed. You get your deliverables & any links at the end of the week.

THE WRAP-UP
The day after your Design Intensive, I will send over your completed files, all links, the final invoice, and if needed, a Google Drive with any files that we created together. You’re welcome to book an additional week if needed.

7-DAY TECH SUPPORT
After the Design Week, we offer 7 days of tech support you in your use of the tools or assets. This time is not for making additional revisions. You can also book another week if you need more time.

FAQ's
We kick off our design intensive with a 30-minute consult to do a last-minute check in before getting started. Then I’ll get to work. During the design intensive I will be sending you what was created for your feedback and review. Then, once everything has been completed, I will send the final files and links off to you at the end of the session.
At the end of the session your deliverables will be waiting for you in your Google Drive, Canva account, or email box. If you have opted to creating them in Canva, the links will be sent to you. I will be available to you for tech support for 7 days afterwards.
I will set you up with your deliverables in Canva so you will be free to make additional edits as needed. Most other designs will be loaded into Canva. If you need additional support, please contact me via my email.
We can reschedule at the soonest available time. The success of the Design Intensive depends on having everything including finalized copy, images, logos, etc, ready before we start. When you schedule your week, please give yourself 7 to 14 days to prepare the content.
We will be communicating with you throughout the week with project updates and requests for feedback. You will need to be available via email to quickly respond each evening so we can get the revisions and the rest of the work done.
Due to the popularity of this service offering, availability is limited. We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance. But do contact us, if there’s a space, we’ll be happy to fit you in.
